At New Brand Tribalism(NBT) typically we get invited in by Organisational Development, Engagement, HR, Marketing Directors or boards. Everything they ask us to do is fundamentally about two related topics, Improving Performance and Change.
Improving performance: This can be for the organisation, individuals, teams, business units, programmes, and services
Change: Getting better and improving performance usually means something has to change. To go from what it once was to something different and that often means approaching it differently to the way you’ve always done things.
We have a mission to positively challenge and inspire the current thinking around the management of brands, organisation and people and we want you to join us in making this a reality.
We launched in late 2009 with over 100 invited guests, from major companies ranging from household names like Disney, Unilever, HSBC, Diageo, Burger King and American Express, to premiership football clubs, and solicitors. It’s bound to be a difficult journey but we are giving it a go.
